FNB is seeking a Test Analyst to design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases that ensure system functionality and prevent errors in live environments. Ideal candidates will have a diploma (minimum), 3+ years’ experience (preferably in banking), and relevant certifications (ISEB/ISTQB preferred). Responsibilities include test planning, regression testing, system validation, script execution, and ensuring compliance with governance standards. The role offers opportunities for collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain collaborative working relationships with relevant peers and stakeholders in order to achieve productivity synergies
• Manage achievement of required execution of service activities captured in the Testing Capacity Model, by receiving and allocating of test requirements
• Analysts and technical teams in order to compile test scripts)

Qualifications

• Minimum: Diploma or required certification in testing or programming
• Preferred: Degree and/or relevant certification including ISEB/ISTQB Certification; TMap Next Engineer; ISTQB Advanced Analyst
• Preferred: Banking Industry Experience
